‘products’ refer to the site and app of AstroFriendsBook, AstroGuruBook, AstroRulesAI, AstroGuruAI, and ParikaramGuru.

‘you’, ‘users’ denote anyone who interacts with our products.)

This page details the cancellation and refund policy of RUDHRA ELINK (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED and its products. All cancellation and refund requests must be made for purchases made on our products only. By using our site and its products, you are agreeing to our cancellation and refund policy. If there is any discrepancy, each product’s individual refund policy available on the respective sites is the final and correct one. The individual refund policies are more specific, and so we encourage users to study them before making any purchases.

Eligibility Criteria and Period

Generally, subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, if a technical issue persists for more than seven days and we cannot resolve it, then you will be eligible for cancellation and a refund. The technical issues include any bugs from our side and the inability to access purchased content or the plan. For one-time purchases through individual payment, the refund eligibility criteria and period are the same.

Apart from that, if there were any accidental charges or multiple charges levied on a single purchase, then you'll be able to raise a refund request and bring it to our notice. All issues must be reported to us within a day of facing them. All refunds will be processed within a minimum of two days.

Any live classes you attend on the product’s platform are non-refundable. If there is a cancellation from the side of the instructor, then you can reach out to us. We will review the refund request on a case-by-case basis. We also do not refund subscriptions if they’re partially used or for a change of mind.

Note: Your internal wallet fund cannot be converted into real money. You can only use them for future purchases. Furthermore, ParikaramGuru allows instructors to earn through its platform. The earnings will reflect on the instructor's account only after the refund period is over. Refund Mode

The purchase of digital items and subscriptions cannot be refunded directly to the bank account. All refunds for all of our products will reflect in the internal wallet of the respective products. You can manage your internal wallet from the dashboard of the respective products and also check the balance.

How to Raise a Refund Request?

Read the individual refund policy of the respective products on the respective sites. Find out if you are eligible for a refund. Then, raise a refund request through the following steps:

  1. Go to the built-in chat support.
  2. Give your username and mail ID associated with your account.
  3. Submit the reason, the necessary proofs, and any information asked.
  4. Your refund process will begin.

Every user can check their internal wallet balance from their account’s dashboard. So, you can know your refund status if you monitor your internal wallet balance.

Changes and Updates

We have the full right to make any updates or modify our cancellation and refund policy at any time. We might modify it in parts or change it completely. Every modification and update to this cancellation and refund policy will reflect on this page of this site. Users can access and read it anytime. In fact, it is the sole responsibility of our users to stay updated with the changes and updates.
